High resolution is seen as a key to increasing and improving the information content when sensing an environment. It is particularly important if sensors are able to move from detection of objects to their classification. It is a topic being investigated all over the world yet still new methods for improving high resolution sensing are needed.

This symposium will address emerging trends that will influence the capability and design of future civil radar.
