A distinct network that brings together the automotive and road infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on the use of technologies and related applications, to improve the performance and safety of the road network and vehicles using this infrastructure.
It seems to me that in these hard economic times engineers have a crucial role to play in developing green tech cars for the environmentally conscious consumer, but are we just storing up problems for the future?
